What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email, shipping address, phone number, and payment details. Payment is handled by Stripe - we never see your card number.
Basic server logs (IP, user-agent, request timestamps) are retained briefly by our hosting provider Vercel for security and debugging.
Why we use it
To fulfil your order, ship your product, send you a receipt, and respond to your questions. We do not sell or share your data with anyone who is not directly involved in delivering your order.
Who we share it with
Stripe (payments), Resend (order confirmation email), Vercel (hosting), and the shipping carrier we use to send your tee. Each receives only the data required to do their job.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as required by Estonian tax law (currently 7 years). You can request deletion of everything not legally required to retain at any time.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data by emailing us. Under EU GDPR you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
